The following gymnastics classes are progressively designed for gymnasts 8 years and older. Each class is carefully formatted for children to safely advance following the proper progressions with the goal of mastering key elements in each class. Children have the opportunity to advance and enjoy the challenges of gymnastics at their own pace. |
Rising Stars 1 (8 & above) |

This class is specifically tailored for the beginning gymnast. Gymnasts will be introduced to the basic core skills of gymnastics on all four apparatus (vault, uneven bars, balance beam and floor exercise). Proper stretching techniques & strength training will be emphasized to provide a foundation for continued progression.
$66 per month.

Rising Stars 2 (8 & above) - Intermediate |
The Rising Stars 2 class will further build on core skills taught in Rising Stars 1. Gymnasts will progress to intermediate level skills on all apparatus that will require increased strength and flexibility. Proper skill execution will be emphasized to promote safety and future advancements. $66 per month.

Shining Stars - Intermediate/Advance |
The Shining Stars class is designed for gymnasts who have desire to be in a warm but challenging environment. Students will have the opportunity to perfect their intermediate level skills while progressing to advanced gymnastics skills on all four events. $84 per month.

Shooting Stars - Advance |
The Shooting Stars is the most advanced recreational gymnastics class offered at Stars & Stripes. Gymnasts will have the opportunity to challenge their ability in a program where the sky is the limit! Gymnasts will follow proper progressions to safely achieve advanced level skills at their own pace. Proper skill execution is strongly emphasized. $89 per month.
