Recreational Gymnastics 5-1/2 - 7yrs.

Our recreational program for children ages 5-1/2 - 7 yrs. is specifically designed and tailored to each child. Our programs are designed to benefit each child's particular skill level both physically and mentally. Safety is our number one priority here & that is why Stars & Stripes places such emphasis on proper progression of skills. We want gymnasts to feel the empowerment of athletics and by having distinct class levels children learn at their own pace. |
| Little Lizards (5-1/2 yrs.) - Beginner 1 |
This class is designed for the young beginning gymnast. Our focus in this program is to teach the proper drills, skills and conditioning for our beginner level gymnasts. Students in this class are reaching towards accomplishing specific goals. This is a high energy program that places great emphasis on proper form, techniques, skill progressions and fun. $66 per month.

Chameleon 1 (6 - 7 yrs.) - Beginner 1 |
This class is designed for the beginning gymnast's ages 6-7yrs. Our focus in this program is to teach the proper drills, skills and conditioning for our beginner level gymnasts. Students in this class are reaching towards accomplishing specific goals. This is a high energy program that places great emphasis on proper form, techniques, skill progressions and fun. $66 per month.

Chameleon 2 (5 - 7 yrs.) - Beginner 2 |
The Chameleons 2 program will further build on the skills that were mastered in Chameleon 1 or Little Lizards. The class places great emphasis on the proper execution of all beginner skills to help with advancements. $66 per month.

Tiny Stars - By Invitation Only |
Tiny Stars was specifically designed to meet the needs and challenges of our young gymnasts who have demonstrated great body awareness, control & strength. There are very specific goals that we are focused on achieving. Children in this program have been hand selected by a member of our staff for their skills, determination & personality. This class is by ability and not necessarily age. $66 per month.

Geckos (5 - 7 yrs.) - Intermediate |
The Geckos is our intermediate program for children ages 5-7years. The Geckos will further build on skills that were mastered in Chameleon 2. Gymnasts will progress to intermediate skills that will require added focus, increased strength & flexibility. This program will inspire gymnasts to better themselves at their own pace. $66 per month.
